TOP MANAGEMENT AWARENESS BRIEFING
As part of its commitment to excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement, the International Peace Support Training Centre (IPSTC), following its attainment of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) certification in 2024, conducted a Top Management Awareness Briefing on the Quality Management System
The briefing aimed to deepen understanding of the core principles of quality management, highlight the importance of implementing and sustaining a QMS based on the ISO 9000 family of standards, and reinforce the critical leadership role of top management in establishing, maintaining, and continually improving the QMS.
The session brought together Heads of Departments and Sections, reaffirming IPSTC's collective commitment to fostering a culture of quality and delivering excellence across all its operations.
