The Kenya Defence Force (KDF) Quick Response Force 4 (QRF 4) and the Kenya Signals 3 (KENSIG 3) commenced today a two-week Pre-Deployment Training Course at our Humanitarian Peace Studies School (HPSS) at Embakasi.The Centre’s Director, J C Sitienei, welcomed the Chief Guest, General Officer Commanding Eastern Command (EASTCOM) who officially opened the course.

The aim of the course is to enhance field conditions knowledge, readiness, safety and security awareness, and basic peacekeeping policies and procedures before encountering any peace support operations areas.
