15 participants drawn from Kenya and Uganda today began the Improvised Explosive Device Disposal Course (IEDD) at our Humanitarian Peace Support School (HPSS)

The aim of the course is to equip the participants, who are qualified Conventional Munition Disposal (CMD) specialists with the knowledge and skills to conduct Improvised Explosive Device Disposal (IEDD) effectively and safely in an IED threat environment utilizing current equipment and techniques
